Scott Gerych

PRESIDENT

Earned a B.S. degree from Spring Arbor University and an M.A. degree from the American Military University. He served 23 years in the military, is a noted author and belongs to several veterans organizations. Currently serves as museum President.

Kevin Gerych

VICE PRESIDENT

He is working on his B.A. degree and is attending Lake Superior University. He served as a staff writer for the Washtenaw Voice while attending Washtenaw Community College. He has been involved with living history groups for several years and manages the social media for Michigan’s Military Heritage Museum.

Dennis Skupinski

TREASURER

Earned a B.S. degree from Michigan State University. Has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. Served as Chair, Michigan’s World War I Centennial Commission, currently serving as Chair, Michigan’s 75th Anniversary of the End of World War 2, Home Front Victory Celebration. Member of the Yankee Air Museum P.R. Committee-Google Grant Manager and a Toastmasters Speech Champion.

Belinda Grier

SECRETARY

She currently works at the Henry Ford Museum in the costume department. She has twenty plus years experience as a period costume consultant. She is involved with numerous living history organizations and the Daughters of the American Revolution. She currently serves as the secretary for the museum.

Ken Baumann

TRUSTEE

Earned a BS degree in ornamental horticulture, University of Illinois. Long time student & collector of artillery & military vehicles- 1845-1945; Author of "Arming the Suckers" 1989. Award-winning display presentations at numerous antique arms and military exhibits. Ken also has authored many articles in military history and collector journals.

Frank Nefzger

TRUSTEE

Earned an AA in Information Technology Network Administration from Sanford-Brown College. Certified Citrix Enterprise Engineer.Frank has a strong interest in military history and served in the U.S. Army Reserves.

Teresa K. Gerych

TRUSTEE

A graduate of Plymouth Canton High School, Teresa has worked in early childhood education and is a Mother of 3 children. Teresa has an interest in lighthouse history as well as Michigan history. Teresa has served as an Army Wife and Veterans Administration Caregiver.
